WE ARE PREGNANT!

IMG_2047.PNG

I still can't believe this is real life! We are PREGNANT! Even typing this right now it feels like a dream.

What a journey to get here and we give God all the glory that He chose us to be baby b's parents! I am seriously over the moon and can't wait to bring you along for all of the bump updates, nursery decor, and all the baby things.

We had our embryo transfer on March 10th. It had been such a crazy few weeks as my grandmother passed very unexpectedly. I traveled to New York for the funeral and then just a few days later went to Michigan for the transfer procedure. 5 days after my transfer procedure my grandpa passed away. We were just heartbroken that within 2 weeks of each other we lost both of my grandparents.

March 15th was such a sad day but I decided I was going to go ahead and take a pregnancy test. I just thought why not? This was such a huge prayer for us and all of my family members and I just prayed that with the upsetting news we had recently that this can be something happy we can all celebrate. Well sure enough the test was POSITIVE.

I was in such shock and immediately face-timed my parents, my siblings, my aunts and uncles so they can hear the good news!

We are so so grateful for the family that chose us to adopt these 3 babies and so grateful that this little baby stuck! With IVF transfer's it isn't a 100% guarantee that it works. We are just so thankful and know we had 2 guardian angels watching over us.

Chris and I know the gender of baby b and can't wait for our gender reveal for the rest of the family and all of our friends to find out as well. Stay tuned and check out my instagram for sneak peak into some gender prediction old wives tales.

To all of my IVF warriors and fellow infertility women out there, please know we continue to pray for you each day. We stand with you and I hope this gives you a little bit of hope to keep holding on. We also want to be sure we bring attention to Embryo Adoption because there are so many babies frozen all over the world that are waiting to be adopted. We want to make more families aware that they have more options than traditional adoption or donor eggs.

If you have any questions about IVF, embryo adoption, or anything infertility please let us know! We love getting to talk with other couples walking through this and getting to share our story with all of you!

Thanks for following along ♡

Amanda xoxo
